Adult rates are per person per night inclusive of Full Scottish Breakfast, based on two adults sharing a double or twin room or one adult occupying a single room.

Children:
All childrens rates are based on sharing room with two adults.  Under 2 years Free -  Cots are Free of charge. 2-5 yrs £12.50, 6 - 12 yrs £17.50 & 13 - 15 yrs £25.50 per person per night

Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs and have certain rooms set aside for dog owners to ensure that other guests who may be allergic to dog hair will not be affected. Dogs are allowed in all of the public areas with the exception of the restaurant. We charge £5 per night for dogs, which covers the extra cleaning required. In addition, in extreme cases we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £50 for any damage done to the hotel during the stay. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that we deem to be inapropriately behaved

Check In and Check Out
Your room will be available to check into any time after 3pm. If you arrive earlier and the room is ready we will, of course, check you in. We request that you vacate your room by 11am on the morning of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Any deposit taken are non refundable. You can cancel your reservation any time up to 24 hours prior to arrival at no extra charge.  Should you cancel after this point we reserve the right to charge the full first night's stay. This policy does not include functions or groups.

Smoking
We have a no smoking policy in place at the Onich Hotel. Any guest found to have been smoking in their rooms or any of the public areas will automatically be charged £50.

Damage

Please note that any damages made to hotel property (accidental or otherwise) will be charged to the credit/debit card you provided us with upon check in. The minimum cost of damages will be £50, should this not cover the cost of repair we will bill you for the extra as well as loss of earnings should be we be unable to let the room afterwards.
