Adult rates are per person per night inclusive of Full Scottish Breakfast, based on two adults sharing a double or twin room or one adult occupying a single room.

All childrens rates are based on sharing room with two adults. Under 2 years Free - Cots are Free of charge..
Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs and have certain rooms set aside for dog owners to ensure that other guests who may be allergic to dog hair will not be affected. Dogs are allowed in all of the public areas with the exception of where food is served. We charge £5 per night for dogs, which covers the extra cleaning required. In addition, in extreme cases we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £25 for any damage done to the hotel during the stay.
Check In and Check Out
Your room will be available to check into any time after 3pm. If you arrive earlier and the room is ready we will, of course, check you in. We request that you vacate your room by 11am on the morning of departure.
Cancellation Policy
you can cancel your reservation any time up to 24 hours prior to arrival at no charge. Any deposit taken will be fully refunded until this point. Should you cancel after this point we reserve the right to charge the full first night's stay. This policy does not include functions or groups.
Smoking
We have a no smoking policy in place at the Onich Hotel. Any guest found to have been smoking in their rooms or any of the public areas will automatically be charged £50.
