Winter Special Short Breaks nr Glencoe – Stay from just £27.50 per person, per night Bed and Continental Breakfast. Full Scottish Breakfast available at a supplement of £5 pp pn. This rate is for sharing a standard room but upgrades to Loch View and Balcony rooms are available for £10 and £20 pp pn respectively. A £5 pp pn supplement may apply over busy weekends.
Escape to the West Highlands this winter (December through to February *) and take advantage of our great value Winter Break rate above. Our lochside gardens afford panoramaic views over Loch Linnhe to the snow capped mountains of Morvern in the West and the Pap of Glencoe in the East.
Located by Loch Linnhe, near Glencoe, Fort William and The Gateway to the Isles port of Oban this area is a haven for all outdoor enthusiasts but there’s also lots on offer for those who prefer to relax and take it easy whilst on short breaks. Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK is on our doorstep & the Nevis Range Mountain Gondola, home of the Downhill Mountain Bike events, has much to offer adventure seekers as does the infamous Glencoe as well as the exciting Ice Factor Centre in Kinlochleven where there’s ice and rock climbing on offer.
There’s also a range of much gentler, relaxing options like the Seaxplorer Wildlife Boat Trip spotting porpoises, seals and sea eagles or a relaxing round of Golf at the Dragons Tooth Golf Club or a safe bike ride along the coastal cycle path or there are castles galore to visit as well as The Ben Nevis and Oban Distilleries where you could try a drop of Uisge Beatha – Gaelic for “Water of Life” (otherwise known as Whisky!). A trip to The Isle of Skye or Mull & Iona are also favourite days out.
